Exchanges
We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. We offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the following conditions are met:

- In its original packaging.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We will send you a return shipping label if your exchange is accepted.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged:

- Perishable goods: Food, flowers, or plants.

Exchanges Processed
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
