  • International Shipping: For orders outside the United States, we offer international shipping through reliable carriers that may vary depending on the destination country.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at dev@brightnyourlife.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

    • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number to file a claim.
    • Once a claim has been filed, email us at dev@brightnyourlife.com with your order number and claim details so we can assist you further.
  • Stolen Packages:
    • We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered. Please ensure a secure delivery location or consider requiring a signature upon delivery.

Damaged Packages

  • Inspection Upon Arrival: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours at dev@brightnyourlife.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
  • Resolution: We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacing the item or issuing a store credit.

Multiple Shipments

  • Partial Shipments: In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to item availability or warehouse locations.
  • Shipping Charges: You will only be charged once for shipping and handling, regardless of the number of shipments.

International Shipping

International Duties and Taxes

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

  • Refusal of Delivery:

  • Unclaimed Packages:
    • Packages that are unclaimed and returned to us can be reshipped at your request. Additional shipping fees will apply.

Order Cancellation

  • After Shipment:
    • Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
    • We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may be longer for these addresses.
  • Restricted Items:
